Commitment to Quality
Every product on this site has been hand crafted. That means that I am personally exposed to every ingredient in all of the products that we sell. I won't sell a product that I am not comfortable using in my own home. What that means for you is that you can be confident that any product you purchase from our store is made with lab tested, safe, quality ingredients.
All of our products are cruelty free and eco-friendly. We do our best to ensure that all ingredients are sustainably sourced and that our packaging, including the candle vessels themselves, is recyclable.
Our candle waxes are clean burning, vegan, and paraben-free. Our soaps are made with 100% natural soap bases that are free from SLS and SLES as well as paraben-free.
We only use fragrances that meet the standards of the International Fragrance Association (IFRA), and we always follow IFRA guidelines for usage levels and applications.

Shipping
All of our products are hand crafted and made to order. Products usually ship within 3-5 business days. Products are generally shipped through USPS. From June -August we will only ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays. We encourage customers to choose standard shipping to minimize the time that items are exposed to heat. We do utilize heat resistant packing materials during these months. Returns
Due to the hand crafted, made to order nature of our products we must review all return requests on an individual basis. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to notify us of any issues so that we can ensure a prompt resolution.
Privacy
The nature of our business requires that we collect personal information such as your name and address. This information is used to process your order and may be shared with a third party (such as USPS for shipping) for this purpose. Giving Back
Wicked Alchemy Candle Co. has committed to donating a portion of our profits to charity at the end of every month. Donations will be made to both local and national organizations that align with our values. We have chosen to focus on charities that work in literacy promotion, environmental protection, and suicide prevention. If you would like more information regarding which specific charities are receiving donations, please subscribe to our emails. A notification will be sent out monthly that includes new products, promotions, the chosen charity for the month, and any other news worth sharing.
